Lee was a Secondary Geography teacher with additional responsibility for careers, who has successfully transitioned into Programme Management. He shares with that even though he already changed careers when coming to teaching later in life, he still had a lot to learn about “de-teacherfying” his CV and navigating the world of recruitment.
